These constraints often do not reflect the intent of trust grantors or their intended beneficiaries. Privacy

We treat client privacy as a principal consideration. While this was not a significant issue historically, a basic internet search will now reveal significantly more information regarding ownership of assets than most property owners would prefer. There are numerous ways of ensuring that corporate and LLC registrations, titles to property, and ownership of other assets are kept private.  

Convenience & Accessibility 

Our offices are located in Boca Raton, Florida, by 1-95, only five minutes from the Boca Raton Airport. If meeting in person and building a working relationship with your trustee is important to you (we believe it should be), local accessibility matters.  

Cost and Management Efficiency 

People are often presented with what appears a no-win choice in selecting a trustee: they can choose a family friend or other familiar who does not truly understand trust operations, duties, and expectations, or they can choose a bank or large trust company, which often leads to excessive costs, robotic trust governance, and frustrating interactions. We will work with you to provide you with customized services you need, easy access to trustees and not administrative staff, and will not bill you for services you do not need.
